Rainy season in Haiti brings more disease concerns 02.20.10
When the Haitian rainy season begins in May, certain types of illnesses will grow more quickly. Health care experts report that cases of diarrhea, pneumonia and malaria, already a significant problem, will be exacerbated by the rain.
